apnaHR is a full-stack recruitment solutions provider that connects businesses with qualified candidates across India. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Resume screening and shortlisting
  • Interview coordination and scheduling
  • Pan-India candidate database access
  • Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO)
  • Staffing and bulk hiring support

3. User Obligations

As a user of apnaHR's platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and interactions
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or account information
  • Not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • Not submit false, misleading, or plagiarised resumes, job postings, or company profiles
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform without written consent

4. Employer Responsibilities

Employers and client organisations using apnaHR's services agree to provide accurate job descriptions, compensation details, and company information. Employers are solely responsible for final hiring decisions and compliance with applicable labour laws, including equal opportunity and non-discrimination policies. apnaHR acts as a recruitment facilitator and does not bear liability for any employment decisions made by the employer.

5. Candidate Responsibilities

Job seekers and candidates agree to provide truthful information in their profiles and resumes. Any misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or identity may result in immediate removal from our database and notification to relevant parties. apnaHR reserves the right to verify candidate credentials at any stage of the recruitment process.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for apnaHR's recruitment services are governed by individual service agreements signed between apnaHR and the client organisation. All fees are due as per the terms stated in the respective agreement. apnaHR reserves the right to revise its fee structures with prior written notice. No refunds are applicable once a candidate has been successfully placed and joined the organisation.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all shared business information, candidate data, and recruitment strategies as confidential. apnaHR will not disclose client or candidate information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the apnaHR website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the intellectual property of apnaHR and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

apnaHR provides its services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee successful placement within any specific timeframe. To the maximum extent permitted by law, apnaHR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, including losses resulting from hiring decisions, candidate performance, or data inaccuracies.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless apnaHR, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of our platform.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. apnaHR does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external websites you visit.
